Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, your order may already be in processing or dispatched, and cancellation might not be possible.

If your order has been shipped, we kindly ask you to wait for delivery and then follow our return process to send it back.

Please note:

Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Cancellation refunds (if eligible) will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.
